Attorneys must eFile civil and family cases in Hennepin and Ramsey counties beginning Sept. 1. The courts offer training on use of the eFile and eServe system.
eFiling and eService is also now an option for attorneys filing civil cases in district courts in Cass, Clay, and Morrison counties.
eFiling and eService for self-represented litigants will be available in the future.
eFiling and eService are part of the Judicial Branch’s eCourtMN initiative to move from paper to electronic case records.
